I recently had a ATT tech disable the gateway wifi so that I can use my third party router (Google Nest). The issue of wifi dropping still occurs. I cannot get work done with wi-fi dropping all the time.

Nothing else phones, computers etc. have this problem. I recently found the feature on my direct tv app that allows me to watch programs recorded on my dvr by downloading them. Within just the last two weeks, I've had some other family members come to live with me. They're able to access the internet with their devices, no problem.
